GARRISONS Bistro is located within the existing building framework and is hampered by low floor to floor height. Volume is introduced by swirling a coffered ceiling around the various structural and services obstacles to trick the eye. The base palette of colours and textures from the Sports Bar feature, this time with an orange variant designed to tempt the taste buds.
This project, completed late-2015, mirrors the success of the Sports Bar and has provided significant increases in food revenue.
